Version 0.3 adds new information, but also removes some capabilities introduced in V0.2

• Fix handling of non http/https schemes
• Report protocol used
• Remove the bad-domains screen capture PoC introduced in v0.2
• Implement downsampling of captured search terms
• Improve reporting around bad domains
• Implement ability to use agent on error pages
