Upon notification of your forfeiture of a license you will have 24 hours in which to destroy all electronic copies of the Image you may have, and to cease all distribution of the Image. You must then within 48 hours write to confirm that you have complied (email is acceptable). Failure to comply may lead to legal action being pursued.
Free License
You may re-distribute images license under the Free License. either a single use license, or an unlimited license.however you may not materially change, alter or deface any of the free images. You are not permitted to remove any watermarks, copyright notices or advertising that may exist on any of the free images. You are not permitted to crop or cut the free images.
Single Use License
A single use license allows you to create as many copies as you wish, however these must be used for one expressed purpose. To use a Image utilising a single use license for more than one purpose would be a violation of your license.
A single use license will allow you to display the purchased image on a website or blog only so long as you have taken reasonable steps to prevent your viewers/readers/clients from easily downloading the image. This must at least include the disabling of right click. Linking directly to the image is strictly forbidden under this license. You may not alter, deface or otherwise edit the image other than to change scale or format. Cropping of the image is permitted under this license, as is the transferrence of the image to another physical medium (including printing).
