Benscomputer.no-ip.org - V1.51 of URLList

V1.5 of URLList_gen was released yesterday, however almost immediately I discovered an issue with certain URLs. I discovered it as a result of investigating this Bug.
It only seems to be certain URLs that URLList_gen doesn't like (Mainly BUGGER links strangely) and despite the strings being delimited in the script it was causing errors. I think it was the ampersand character, although these are not normally an issue inside quotation marks.

Whatever the actual cause I've adapted the script to avoid this problem by using /bin/cat instead. Unfortunately the script is a little more reliant on temporary files, but it is good at tidying up after itself.
