Benscomputer.no-ip.org - URLList

We've had problems on occassion with badly formatted sitemaps being created as a result of instances of URLLIST_gen running at the same time as HTML_Sitemap_gen (e.g. because a number of articles have been posted in quick succession). To avoid this, a lockfile has been added to the program so that when an instance is called it can prevent other instances being called until it has finished its work.
